SUPPORT WITH YOUR MENTAL HEALTH CONCERNS

A service focusing on delivering interventions to support individuals who have mental health concerns.

Mental Health Support

We offer a safe and confidential space for you to talk and process your concerns. We will listen and help you identify coping strategies and other helpful ways of tackling your concerns.

Compassionate Care

Our service offers a range of targeted and specialized modalities for psychological difficulties, including stress, depression, PTSD, and anxiety disorders.

Neurodevelopmental Assessments

We complete assessments using tools like ADOS-2, ADIR, and CAT-Q to identify traits that align with Autism Spectrum Conditions.

Psychometric Tests

We use psychometric tests to explore and determine if a diagnosis sufficiently describes the challenges a young person faces.
